Reebok Nano X4
Sizing & fit guide
Two ways to fit it
Buy true to size for the standard fit and roomy toe box. Size down a half for a locked-in lifting fit, if you have narrow feet, or if you find the X4 runs slightly long.

Why the Reebok Nano X4 fits this way
The Reebok Nano X4 is Reebok's flagship training shoe, and it fits true to size for most wearers. Its defining trait is a roomy toe box — wider than most Nike trainers — which is intentional: a stable, splayed forefoot helps under load for lifting and gives toes room during CrossFit workouts. Wide-foot wearers particularly favor the Nano line for this reason and should buy true to size.
The most common adjustment is sizing down a half. Wearers who feel the X4 runs slightly long, or who want a more locked-in fit for rope climbs, box jumps, and lifting, frequently go down a half and report still having a little space at the toe. A shoe-store-experienced wearer summed up the common advice: you can usually go a half size down and still have toe room. There's also some chatter that the X4 runs a touch smaller than the previous X3, so if you're coming from an older Nano, try your normal size first rather than sizing up.
Net: buy true to size for a standard fit and the roomy toe box. If you prefer a snug, locked-down feel, have narrow feet, or find the length long, size down a half. Wide feet should stay true to size and enjoy one of the most accommodating trainers available.
Common scenarios
I wear US 10 in running shoes. What size Nano X4?
US 10 — the Nano X4 is true to size. If you want a more locked-in fit or find the length long, US 9.5 still leaves toe room.
I have wide feet. Will the Nano work?
Yes — the Nano line has one of the roomiest toe boxes in training. Buy true to size; no need to size up for width.
Should I size down for lifting?
Many do — sizing down a half gives a more locked-in fit for lifting and rope work while keeping a little toe space. Narrow feet especially benefit.
How it compares to other models
- Reebok Classic Leather Low confidence
Same brand; the Nano X4's training last has a much roomier, wider toe box than the slim Classic Leather, though both anchor around true size
- Nike Pegasus 41 Low confidence
Both true-to-size athletic shoes, but the Nano is a flat, wide-toe trainer for lifting where the Pegasus is a narrower running last
