Yeezy Boost 380
Sizing & fit guide
Two ways to fit it
Standard/narrow feet size up ½; a snug-fit minority runs TTS (optionally pulling the insole). Wide feet go a full size up.

Why the Yeezy Boost 380 fits this way
The 380 shares the narrow, foot-hugging Primeknit character of the 350 line, so true size tends to press on the toes. The common advice is a half size up: "Half size up should be fine if you don't have wide feet." Owners who ignored it regret it — "I bought it TTS, as it was my very first Yeezy and didn't know that they run small and feel a bit pressure on my big toe from the knit. As I have wide feet so should've gone a whole size up." Another was even blunter after going true to size: "I went TTS and they are unwearable... I took the insoles out and had to take them off at lunch."
Standard and narrow feet do well ½ up; wide feet should go a full size up. A minority run them true to size for a deliberately snug fit or after removing the insole for a little extra depth, but that's the exception. Net: size up ½ from true for most, a full size for wide feet — going true to size is the most-reported sizing mistake on this model.
Common scenarios
I wear US 9.5 normally. What size Yeezy 380?
US 10 — the 380 runs small and snug, so ½ up is the default. If you have wide feet, go a full size up to US 10.5.
Can I wear my true size?
Risky. Multiple owners call TTS 380s too tight to wear for long — the knit presses on the big toe. If you must run true size, pulling the insole buys a little room, but ½ up is safer.
Do they fit like the 350 V2?
Very similar — both are snug knit models that take about ½ up. If you size up ½ in the 350 V2, do the same in the 380.
