Nike Air Force 1 Mid
Sizing & fit guide
Two ways to fit it
For a clean length and toe fit go ½ size down (most medium-width wearers). For wide feet or length safety stay true to size.

Why the Nike Air Force 1 Mid fits this way
The Air Force 1 Mid is built on the same last as the AF1 Low and fits the same way: about a half size large for most wearers. Cross-model anchoring is consistent — "I go a half size down in Air Forces compared to AJ1s" — placing the AF1 a half below the true-to-size Jordan 1. Wearers who keep them at true size note the length runs long: "I have wide feet so I go true to size but they're a little long."
The split mirrors the AF1 Low exactly. Medium and standard feet go ½ down for the cleanest length and toe fit; wide feet stay TTS because the thick leather upper and padded tongue make the midfoot snug, and the half-size savings on length come at the cost of width pressure. One wide-foot wearer: "TTS for me (sz 9), maybe a half size up if you have a wider foot."
The Mid's defining feature versus the Low is the ankle strap, which adds lockdown but does not change the foot fit — and on strap/zip versions the closure can be adjusted for a looser feel. Net: ½ down for standard/medium feet, true to size for wide feet. The leather relaxes after 5–10 wears.
Common scenarios
I wear US 10 in Air Jordan 1. What size AF1 Mid?
US 9.5 — the AF1 Mid runs about ½ size large, so size down ½ from your AJ1 size. Wide feet stay at US 10.
Does the AF1 Mid fit the same as the AF1 Low?
Yes — same last, same ½-down recommendation. The Mid just adds an ankle strap for lockdown.
I have wide feet. Should I size down?
No — stay true to size. The thick leather and padded tongue make the midfoot snug; sizing down trades a bit of length for width pressure.
